Master of Chiropractic, UK

I am a chiropractor with a Master of Chiropractic from the University of South Wales in Cardiff (UK) and co-owner of our chiropractic practice in Munich. My passion is helping people relieve back pain, improve their mobility, and strengthen the long-term health of their musculoskeletal system.

As a former competitive volleyball player, I experienced firsthand how essential a healthy spine and optimal biomechanical function are for performance and overall well-being. After years of back problems that nearly ended my athletic career, a chiropractor helped me achieve lasting relief. That experience deeply shaped me and sparked my desire to support others on a similar path — transforming my personal story into my professional calling.

Throughout my studies and professional career, I gained comprehensive hands-on experience in various clinical environments and worked closely with highly skilled chiropractors. Today, I specialize in the treatment of spinal conditions, joint dysfunction, and muscular tension. My goal is always the same: to help my patients restore natural movement and improve function without medication or invasive procedures.

To provide modern, effective, and evidence-based chiropractic care, I continuously expand my knowledge through advanced training and professional development. My additional qualifications include extremity adjusting, Active Release Technique (ART), TMJ dysfunction therapy, and certification as a sports chiropractor.

As a sports chiropractor in Munich, I also support professional sports teams and dedicated athletes, helping them optimize performance, enhance recovery, and reduce the risk of injuries.

Beyond my clinical work, I actively contribute to the education and training of fellow chiropractors. Sharing knowledge and helping advance the profession in Germany is something I care about deeply.

In my daily practice, I follow a holistic and patient-centered approach. My aim is not only to relieve acute symptoms but also to address the root causes of discomfort, leading to sustainable improvements in mobility, posture, and overall quality of life. Each treatment is individually tailored — precise, empathetic, and grounded in scientific understanding.

I want to help you move freely again, live without pain, and take an active role in your long-term health — through modern chiropractic care, personal attention, and a genuine commitment to your well-being.

As a passionate chiropractor and proud co-owner of our practice in Munich, my mission is to help people move more freely, alleviate pain, and strengthen their health for the long term.

I completed my Bachelor of Human Kinetics at the University of Windsor and my Doctor of Chiropractic at New York Chiropractic College. For over ten years, I’ve been supporting patients in overcoming acute complaints, preventing future issues, and achieving their individual health goals.

Growing up in a small Canadian town, I discovered my passion for movement early on—inspired by countless hours on the ice hockey rink and soccer field. This early interest in sports and health still shapes my work today. To best support athletes, I earned certification as an International Sports Chiropractor (ICSC) from the International Federation of Sports Chiropractic (FICS).

Throughout my career, I’ve worked with athletes at all performance levels—from recreational enthusiasts to professionals, including players from Red Bull München, pro soccer players, tennis players, ultra cyclists, and marathon runners. With advanced certifications in Active Release Technique (ART), Neuromuscular Re-education (NMR), extremity treatment, and Activator Methods, I offer precise, evidence-based treatments focused on optimal performance, recovery, and long-term well-being.

As a new mother, I know firsthand the unique physical changes during pregnancy and postpartum. With plenty of empathy and expertise, I support women in relieving back pain, pelvic issues, and other discomforts.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, exploring the nature around Munich, and cheering for Red Bull München. I speak English and German fluently and am currently learning Spanish—because for me, movement also means constantly learning new things and growing.

“Back to Basics” is the philosophy I like to live by. Chiropractic is more than just pain relief. In a nutshell, with appropriate support it’s bringing your body back to neutral so that you give it the ability to heal itself, and one of the benefits of that is pain relief. I have seen this benefit not only with my patients, but myself with regular chiropractic care, time and time again.

I first started seeing a chiropractor as an 8-year-old after suffering with some back pain myself. After years of regular treatment, suffering from numerous sports injuries, and the reality setting in that I wasn’t cut out for my other desired career paths, and my mom nudging me on that chiropractic is “pretty cool”, I came to that same conclusion, and thus the hard work began.

Since graduating as a chiropractor (M.Tech.: Chiropractic, DUT) in 2018 from my home country, South Africa, I have gone on to move back to Germany for the second time, first living in Braunschweig for 5 years and then decided to move here to the south. Subsequently, I have attended numerous courses to be able to assist my patients better in finding their “neutral”.
I’ve treated patients from all walks of life, from newborns to the older adult, pregnant patients, athletes and everyday people who need some fine tuning.

It has been such a privilege treating my patients and helping them find the confidence in themselves and their bodies once more and having them leave the practice with the same awe that I had when I was a kid after my first adjustment. Our life is too short to not live it as fully as possible and letting the fear of a movement get in the way of any daily activities. I look forward to helping you wake up with that “pep in your step” again.

I am trained in the Diversified Method, Dry Needling, Kinesio Taping, SOT (CAT 1-3), have completed a paediatric course with Dr. Steve Williams and participated in an animal chiropractic course. I am registered with the Deutsche Chiropraktoren Gessellschaft (DCG), the Chiropractic Association of South Africa (CASA), Paediatric Chiropractic Africa (PCA) and the International Veterinary Chiropractic Association (IVCA).

My life’s purpose is to empower you and others to transcend pain and unlock your full potential. With over 30 years of experience in treating a wide range of musculoskeletal issues, from acute injuries to complex spinal and joint conditions, I’ve developed a profound understanding of the human body and its capacity for healing. My approach is straightforward yet comprehensive: I’ll listen attentively to your concerns, conduct a thorough assessment, develop a personalized strategy to address the root cause of your pain, and equip you with the knowledge and tools to achieve lasting relief and optimal well-being.

Born and raised in a small farming community in Kansas, I was a multi-sport athlete in high school and went on to attend Hutchinson Community College on a tennis scholarship. I later graduated from the prestigious Logan College of Chiropractic, where I was selected for the Sports Injury Consultants program and was elected president of Pi Kappa Chi chiropractic fraternity.

For most of my career I have maintained a practice in the Los Angeles/Hollywood area with stints in Seattle, Kansas City and Wichita. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of patients, from Kansas farmers to Hollywood celebrities, and from recreational athletes to world-class champions. Now, I’m excited to bring my expertise to Munich, where I can connect with my Bavarian heritage and contribute to the local community. Outside of the practice, you can find me on the tennis court or exploring the beauty of Germany and Europe. I look forward to partnering with you to unlock your full potential and live a life free from pain.
